3,有相關(guān)售后技術(shù)服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4,英文熟練,ct-4或以上;

5,有出差需求

Job Requirement
1,Bachelor degree with Machinery-Electric major or related subject
2,Work hard with passion and team work
3,Experience for after sales service is priority
4,English level : CT-4 or above

5,Need to business trip, Based in Shanghai

工作內(nèi)容:
1,熟悉了解OEM，實(shí)驗(yàn)室產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用和技術(shù)要求
2,對(duì)用戶返回的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢測，問題歸類。回復(fù)用戶并做好記錄，反饋總部尋求解決方法
3,熟練應(yīng)用公司售后服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，做好用戶售后技術(shù)服務(wù)整個(gè)流程
4,為客戶提供產(chǎn)品的正確使用方法和條件，并參與展會(huì)，市場推廣以及用戶培訓(xùn)等工作

5,完成上級(jí)布置的其它工作，定期做好總結(jié)報(bào)告

Job Description
1,Known as technique and application of OEM and Lab product
2,Check and find the issue returned from the customer, response in time and make full notes , making complete solution with headquarters
3,Known as the service system with D365,supply good after sales technique support
4.Supply technique support on the customer site with all product, make training, seminar if needed

5,Completing the tasks assigned by superior and making summary report on time
